Appearance: Bright, green‑gold color with medium intensity

Nose: High aromatic intensity with notes of white flowers, lime, apricot, nectarine, and unripe fruits.

Palate: Round, with medium acidity and a fruity character. Floral notes and citron. Soft mouthfeel with a pronounced, lingering finish.

Pairing: Salads, fish, sushi, fruit salads

Serving temperature: 7°C–8°C
