A family story in Corinthia
Boubas Winery was founded in 1996, inspired by a love of vines and Greek grape varieties. Today, the second generation continues the family’s work, combining experience with modern winemaking knowledge.
During your visit, you will meet the people behind our labels and hear stories about the vineyard, the harvest and how our wines are made.
A tour with time to talk
Our tours take place in small groups and are led by the Boubas family’s second-generation oenologist. This leaves time for conversation, questions and a more personal introduction to the winery.
How does each year affect the grapes? What happens between harvest and bottling? And what gives each wine its own character? These are some of the questions we can explore together.
Greek wine tasting
The visit ends with an introduction to our wines. Among the Greek varieties we grow and work with are Roditis, Moschofilero, Assyrtiko, Malagousia and Agiorgitiko.
During the tasting, you can observe the colours, discover the aromas and find out which flavours you enjoy most. No previous experience is needed: all you need is curiosity and a willingness to taste.
